HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR MEDICARE REBATE
Vasectomy Australia will process your Medicare rebate on your behalf. You will usually receive your payment into the bank account you have nominated with Medicare within 48 hours. If you have not received the payment 1 week after your vasectomy please email info@vasectomyaustralia.com.au.
If you wish to process your Medicare rebate yourself, you may do so in following ways:
1.Upload a copy of your paid invoice to your Medicare Online account: https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/services/medicare/medicare-online-accounts
2. Download the Express Plus Medicare Mobile App and process your claim. https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/services/medicare/express-plus-medicare-mobile-app
3. By mail after completing a claim form: https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/forms/ms014
4. In person at a service centre: https://findus.servicesaustralia.gov.au/
To claim your rebate you will need a copy of your invoice from Vasectomy Australia listing the services you have received and confirming you have paid your account in full. This invoice will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your appointment. If you haven’t received your invoice please contact us at info@vasectomyaustralia.com.au
