Vasectomy Australian Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

At Vasectomy Australia, we understand plans can change. To manage appointments effectively and respect our patients’ and doctors’ time, we’ve outlined the following policy for cancellations and rescheduling:

Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice: If you contact us less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule, your appointment will be cancelled, and your $100 deposit will be forfeited.

More Than 48 Hours’ Notice: Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, we will refund your $100 deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee. You will receive a $75 refund.

More Than 48 Hours’ Notice: Rescheduling: If you request to reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment and it’s your first rescheduling request, we’ll happily move your appointment at no extra cost. However, any subsequent requests to reschedule or cancel (regardless of timing) will result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your $100 deposit. To book a new appointment after this, a fresh $100 deposit is required.
