Cancellation and Rescheduling Terms for Vasectomy Booking
CANCELLATIONS: If this is the first time you have booked with us you may cancel your booking up to 48 hrs before your appointment & we will refund your deposit less a Cancellation Fee of $20. Subsequent booking cancellations or cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in loss of your deposit.
RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule your appointment ONCE anytime up until your appointment time. A second rescheduling of your appointment must be requested at least 72 hrs before your appointment time. Second rescheduling requests within 72 hours of your appointment will require cancellation of your appointment, loss of your deposit and new appointment will need to be booked requiring a $100 deposit. Third and subsequent rescheduling requests will require full pre-payment for your vasectomy. This payment will not be refunded should you like a further reschedule.
NO SHOWS: No shows will result in loss of your deposit. You will not be able to rebook without full pre-payment for your vasectomy.
